(b) ensure that they exit from their account at the end of each session.
Louisiana State Police will not be liable for any loss that a
designated employee may incur as a result of unauthorized use of his
or her password, logon Id or electronic signature, either with or
without the designated employee’s knowledge. However, designated
employees may be held liable for losses incurred by their employer or
another party due to someone else using their account or password.
Designated employees may not use anyone else's account at any time.
By electronically transmitting licensee daily gaming revenues,
designated employees agree to the Use of Terms stated above and agree
